The International Conference on Swine Genetics

Axiom successfully hosted its very first international seminar, a global event that brought together more than 250 participants from 29 different countries, confirming the Group’s growing prominence among the international leaders in the pork industry.
The program featured a mix of scientific presentations, international case studies, roundtable discussions, Solution Stations, and networking sessions, offering participants numerous opportunities to exchange expertise and share their perspectives on the challenges of the future.
The presentations highlighted the major challenges shaping the swine industry: genetic robustness and resilience, the digitization of farms, precision data collection, animal welfare, nutrition, sustainable performance, and innovation to benefit producers.
In addition to the technical content, the seminar also featured many opportunities for socializing. The gala evening, held to mark the 10th anniversary of the Axiom brand, provided an opportunity to celebrate more than 40 years of genetic expertise alongside customers, partners, and employees from around the world.
This inaugural event demonstrated Axiom’s ability to bring together its international ecosystem and create a genuine forum for dialogue among the various stakeholders in the industry. More than just a seminar, Axiom’s international seminar has become a place for networking, inspiration, and collaboration to build the future of swine genetics together.
This inaugural edition marks a major milestone in Axiom’s international expansion.
